Ian Faulds, Chair
Ian is married to Helen and works as a Consultant Engineer in the nuclear industry. He lives on the edge of the English Lake District. Ian joined the board of Mediaserve in 2015 and currently is the board’s chairman. He has served in numerous leadership roles in different churches and on the mission field has lead many teams and preached in different countries. He studied in a bible school in Sweden for 2 years. In 2011 Helen started PovertySwap, a charity that supports Christian projects in Ethiopia, Romania, Nepal and India. Ian also serves on the board of PovertySwap.
Nils-Erik has been on the board of MediaServe since 2011. He lives in Uppsala, Sweden, and is married to Ulla. They have 5 adult children (4 sons and 1 daughter) and 5 grandchildren. Nils-Erik has been involved in Bible Publishing and Production for many years first with Living Bibles International and International Bible Society, and later with XP Media, one of Sweden’s leading Bible Publishers. He is a member of the Salvation Army, and he belongs to the leadership in his local church. He has also together with his wife served in Africa as missionaries, and he is today even involved in the Salvation Army national prayer network and is a regular preacher and Bible study leader on national level.

Lars has been in ministry for more than 50 years, serving as president of British Youth for Christ 1968-1970, president of Living Bibles International 1977-1992 and of International Bible Society 1992-1998. In 1998 he and his wife Doreen founded Global Action and served there until 2012.
In 2013 he became the chair of ServeNow and then appointed president in April 2014.
Lars has served as a Salvation Army officer in UK and Sweden, and as an ordained minister with the Covenant Church of Sweden.
He is the author of some 15 books and author and/or editor in chief for the Basic Things you Need to Know series
Alistair and Connie Scott
A husband and wife team, living in the UK, who are the Founders of a UK Charity called WOP Ministries Trust, which started in 1990 and is still active today in overseas mission fields.
They also Pastored a small Church in Old Oxted, Surrey, for 22 years and then joined the Kingdom Faith Apostolic work in Horsham, W. Sussex, where they are now.
Alistair was first trained as an Accountant and Connie as a Teacher of Dance and Drama and later as a University Lecturer in Marketing and Administrative Management. They both spent a year in Sweden, at Bible School where they met the Founders of MediaServe.
They were invited onto the Board of MediaServe in 2010 and have served ever since as Trustees.
