Staff and Leadership
Ben joined the staff as the assistant to the president January 2015 for a training period in order to be able to become the next president of ServeNow. He is married to Lauren and they have four children. Ben has served as a pastor in New Jersey for six years and is a graduate of Lancaster Bible College.
Project and Marketing Director
Peter joined the staff of Mediaserve in September 2014 as the Project Director. He is married to Ann Catrin and they have 5 children and 4 grandchildren. Peter has served in Churches and Mission the past 25 years.
Global Publishing Director
Yanko has joined the staff of MediaServe in 2009. He has been involved in publishing ministry since 1991. Yanko is married to Svetlana and they have two children. They live in Sofia, Bulgaria.
Finance & Administration
Kaleb has worked at MediaServe with accounting since August 2016. He has had ministry involvement in Uppsala for many years, in particular children’s and youth work. Kaleb was born in Ethiopia of Eritrean parents. Kaleb is married to Kumel and they have three daughters.
Communications and Advancement Director
Carolyn, a daughter of the founders of MediaServe, has worked in the ministry since 2006. She has traveled to every nation where MediaServe works, assessing needs and following-up on the use of literature and other tools provided by MediaServe. Carolyn has seen first-hand how individuals and whole communities are transformed through the power of God’s Word.
Carolyn’s passion and desire is for all people – both Jews and Gentiles – to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth. (1 Tim. 2:4)
Carolyn has a BA in economics and social anthropology from the University of Canterbury, UK. She was born in India to British and Finnish parents, and lives today in Sweden. After high school, Carolyn spent a gap year in Nepal and India, working with local churches.
Justine joined MediaServe in 2012 and is the office manager. She served with the BMS World Mission for 14 years in the Balkans working with national churches and mission groups, before being whisked off her feet to marry Patrik, a Major in the Swedish Armed Forces. They have a 2 year old son.
